The Quality Plan (CQC & QMS)
Quality Control (QC) Plans set the standards to monitor the quality of design and workmanship on your project. Your clients' will demand and expect the best plan and the right personnel for the project.
Plan the Job will compose customized QC (Design and/or Construction) Plans that will meet the minimum specifications defined in your contract. We have extensive experience in preparing both: design quality control plans and construction quality plans. Plan the Job has been performing construction quality control since the company started in March of 2000. One of the principals of the company was managing and performing CQC activities for an additional six years prior to 2000 as well.
Our collective experience boasts experience with federal, state, and local governments as well as extensive experience in the commercial and private sectors. Projects managing quality control include: hospital construction, levee repair and maintenance, sea wall repair, breakwater construction, dredging, road building, airport runway construction, building construction, berth construction, dry dock repair, environmental remediation, and railway, rail port and intermodal terminal construction.
We have prepared entire quality control programs for very large scale construction projects as well as CQC plans for very specific disciplines within larger projects.
